Student Activities

Abundant and varied activities are provided for all students of Saint Stanislaus Kostka School. To enrich the academic lives of the students, math, spelling, religion and geography bees, poetry/story telling and oratorical assemblies, a no cost ten hour math and reading after-school tutoring program and an Integrated Math A enrichment courses are held. To enrich the spiritual lives of the students, an Annual School Day of Prayer, a Big Brother/Sister Program, seasonal prayer services and assemblies, school Masses, Penance services, and Stations of the Cross are held. The Student Leadership Committee helps the members to assume responsibility and to develop their leadership abilities by planning special educational and fun events, such as St. Lucy’s Day, Chinese New Year, Patron Saint Day, Lunch Al Fresco, Crazy Hair Day, etc. The talents of students are showcased at an annual Talent Show. An annual Field Day held in a local park provides opportunities for families to enjoy playing organized games and enjoying a picnic lunch together. A Family New Year’s Eve Party as well as the End of the Year Family Social provide other opportunities for families to celebrate and to enjoy social activities together. Catholic education is celebrated each year during Catholic Schools Week with fun and enriching activities.


The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools is a non-profit association serving elementary, secondary, and higher education institutions through programs of self-study, evaluation, and accreditation and other developmental services.
